It is made from the enzymatic treatment of tapioca using non-GMO natural cultivated enzymes to break down the complex carbohydrate compounds into short-chain sugar molecules. Tapioca syrup is boiled, filtered and concentrated to viscous syrup and is hypoallergenic, gluten-free and vegan.
